House 2.5 km from the centre of Sant Carles, 6 km from the centre of Sta. Eulària des Rius, outside the resort, in a quiet position. Grocers, restaurant 2.5 km. Sandy beach 3 km. The closest beaches (3 km) are "Cala Nova" and "Cala Llenya".

4-room house 125 m2, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, CD-player, stereo unit and air-conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed and air-conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds and air-conditioning. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, air-conditioning. Kitchen (oven, deep freezer) with hatch. Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 25 m2. Porch 15 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs.

Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking, fenced. ,The air conditioning is payable locally according to use. Electric 50 litre boiler.

Private: grounds 50 ha with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Uneven, steep motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). The grounds have an area dedicated to growing crops. Outside shower/WC.

Spain
Situated in the far southwestern corner of Europe, the Iberian Peninsula is a holiday country par excellence. Spain is not uniquely for sunseekers, although they will be pleased to find never-ending -beaches. In the interior, everchanging scenery, sites and monuments of which some are internationally known, and -picturesque villages and towns await the curious visitor.

Eating and Drinking
Meals are generally hearty and consist of 4 to 5 courses. Spanish cuisine is characterised by the use of olive oil and lots of garlic in the cooking. Along the coast, fish and seafood constitute the main courses, while in the hinterland, lamb, rabbit and other -meat dishes are generally served. "Tapas" (appetisers) are typically Spanish, served at all hours. Lunch is served between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm, dinner between 9 pm and 11 pm. Service is included, but it is common practice to leave a supplementary tip.

Travelling by Car
The motorways are toll roads. The speed limit is 120 km/h on the motorways, 100 km/h on the fast lanes and 60 km/h in town. Seat belts are obligatory in the front and back of the vehicle.
