This property is situated on a hill near the charming village San José in one of the most authentic and unspoilt areas of the island. Surrounded by pine forests, olive trees and wine Can José offers a world of tranquillity and peace, yet only minutes away from the best beaches (5-10 minutes by car) and Ibiza town (15 minutes by car).

The terrace provides an impressive sea-view from which unforgettable sunsets can be enjoyed. Finca Can José was built in the traditional Ibizencan style with sun terraces affording impressive views and comfortable sun loungers which guarantee many relaxing hours next to the pool deck. The large overflow pool of 15 x 5 metres in size is yet another highlight on this beautiful estate.

The Finca includes a livingroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one sofa in the livingroom could be used as a guest bed as well) and 3 bathrooms. The living-room with an open fireplace is decorated in mediterranean style and provides a wonderful view to the sea. The master bedroom and the ensuite-bathroom offer a spectacular view over pine-trees to the sea. Further on there is telephon, air-condition, floor-heating, safes and a garage.

The property has 10.000 m2 pine trees, wine and mediterranean plants. A dining table for 8 people grants wonderful BBQ dinners while enjoying the sunset.

San José is one of the most charming villages of the island with some very good restaurants as well as a supermarket.

Situated in the far southwestern corner of Europe, the Iberian Peninsula is a holiday country par excellence. Spain is not uniquely for sunseekers, although they will be pleased to find never-ending -beaches. In the interior, everchanging scenery, sites and monuments of which some are internationally known, and -picturesque villages and towns await the curious visitor.

Eating and Drinking
Meals are generally hearty and consist of 4 to 5 courses. Spanish cuisine is characterised by the use of olive oil and lots of garlic in the cooking. Along the coast, fish and seafood constitute the main courses, while in the hinterland, lamb, rabbit and other -meat dishes are generally served. "Tapas" (appetisers) are typically Spanish, served at all hours. Lunch is served between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm, dinner between 9 pm and 11 pm. Service is included, but it is common practice to leave a supplementary tip.

Travelling by Car
The motorways are toll roads. The speed limit is 120 km/h on the motorways, 100 km/h on the fast lanes and 60 km/h in town. Seat belts are obligatory in the front and back of the vehicle.
