Description

This lovingly restored finca is set only some 7 km out of the centre of Ibiza town and close to the village of Santa Eulalia.

It is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with lots of flowers and trees. At the edge of the plot there is a pool (12x6 m) which can be fenced in to protect small children. For the younger one's there is a play ground set aside. Saeveral sunny and shady terraces offer plenty of space to dine alfresco and to relax.

In the main house there are three bedrooms. A fourth one is located in the casita, which is connected to the main house via a patio, which is often found at the traditional Spanish fincas
Bathrobes and towels are provided. The open plan kitchen is well equipped and it has a dishwasher and a large fridge with ice-maker. Next to the kitchen is the spacious dining hall (the Spanish call it a Sala). The large living room offers built in seating next to the open fire place. There are rattan armchairs and well selected furnishings creates a cosy athmosphere. To the north there is a hugh panorama window facing the garden and the pool. French doors open to one of the terraces.

On weekdays a friendly maid takes care of the house. On prior notice and at supplemental costs she gladly does individual service such as cooking or babysitting.

Due to the detached location we highly recommend a rental car.

Spain
Situated in the far southwestern corner of Europe, the Iberian Peninsula is a holiday country par excellence. Spain is not uniquely for sunseekers, although they will be pleased to find never-ending -beaches. In the interior, everchanging scenery, sites and monuments of which some are internationally known, and -picturesque villages and towns await the curious visitor.

Eating and Drinking
Meals are generally hearty and consist of 4 to 5 courses. Spanish cuisine is characterised by the use of olive oil and lots of garlic in the cooking. Along the coast, fish and seafood constitute the main courses, while in the hinterland, lamb, rabbit and other -meat dishes are generally served. "Tapas" (appetisers) are typically Spanish, served at all hours. Lunch is served between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm, dinner between 9 pm and 11 pm. Service is included, but it is common practice to leave a supplementary tip.

Travelling by Car
The motorways are toll roads. The speed limit is 120 km/h on the motorways, 100 km/h on the fast lanes and 60 km/h in town. Seat belts are obligatory in the front and back of the vehicle.
