Beautiful en very pleasing farmer villa, divided into two spacious houses which are rented together. You have beautiful scenery over the surrounding hills, olive yards and vineyards. The fantastic situated swimming pool is equipped with lounge chairs and parasols. The swimming pool is 6 x 12 m. and 1.50 2 m. depth. Around the house is a very large garden with settees and tables, so you can enjoy the lovely weather in the evening. Both houses have each a spacious dining table with benches under a stone roof. The houses have the disposal of a pleasing living room with lots of authentic details; wooden beams ceilings, round door openings and a beautiful open fireplace. The furniture is mostly family peaces of the owners, a noble family. This family makes lovely wines and olive oil. You can make a tour in their Agriturismo in the small village Ghizzano into the wine cellar and taste their exquisite wine. The owners speak English and French.
The villa is extremely suitable for families (max. 16 persons) who want to combine rest and comfort with nice day trips to well known and unknown Tuscan villages and cities. So lays Volterra and San Gimignano on only 20 km. distance. You can also easily go for a day of water fun on the Tuscan coast. Youll find the sea/sandy beach via a panoramic route on a distance of about 50 km..
Both houses have their own entrances which you can reach via a small stair case. In the old days it used to be normal that one lived on the first floor of the farmhouses. On the ground floor were stables. But no worries; these stables are now used only as a storage room. In one room is a ping pong table available.
The first house is suitable for max. 10 persons and has the disposal of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, of which 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub. Spacious living room with open fireplace and television. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 5 ring gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven.
The second house is suitable for max. 6 persons and has the disposal of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Spacious living room with pleasing open fireplace and television. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven.

Volterra, Pisa, Siena as well as the Tuscan coast with her wide sandy beaches are easily to reach. But don't forget the nice villages in de surroundings! Because of the lie Villa Ghizzana is an ideal location to combine day trips trough the beautiful Tuscan landscape with lovely days on the pool. A day to the beach, a day to go shopping in Lucca, and saunter trough the streets of San Gimignano... it is all possible!
