Description
Ideal lie on the edge of a small town in the Ardennes, nearby the nature reserve the High Meres. You can make beautiful walks from the house to the castle of Reinhardstein and Lake Robertville. The ski runs of Ovifat, the ski cross country runs and Signal de Botrange at a height of 690 m. are also nearby. You can get tourist information in Malmedy, here you find also shops and restaurants.

The house is suitable for 18 persons and is situated in an old completely renovated farm and connected to the house of the owner. There is a private entrance via a beautiful terrace, which also offers access to a large garden of 4000 m2. You have also the disposal of a beautiful cedar wooden sauna!

You have the possibility to rent a house at the other side for 8 persons, the dining area then offers place to 26 persons.

Interior:
Garden level:
Entrance via two beautiful terraces. Entrance hall, hat stand, toilet, washing room with washing machine, dryer and deep freezer.
Dining area for 18 – 26 persons, large practical kitchen with bar, living room with a billiard.

Ground floor:
Large living room with open fireplace and television/DVD. Sauna for 6 persons with a shower. Hall with access to four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 200) and a bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilet).

First floor:
A dormitory for 7 persons with two bunk beds and three single beds (90 x 200) and one bathroom (bathtub, toilet, wash-basin). A bedroom for three persons with a bunk bed, a single bed and a bathroom (bathtub, toilet, wash-basin).

Surroundings:
The house lies on the edge of the village in a quiet environment. Private car park and a large garden of 4000 m2 with a large terrace of 80 m2 with a barbecue. You can make beautiful walks from the house in the surroundings. For the children there is a large sandpit of 12 m2. When you also want to rent the small house, there is the possibility to reach both houses via the gardens without leaving the territory. On request there is the possibility to bring your horses.
