Description
This pleasing and nice chalet is situated on a private domain of 5000 m2 on 15 km. distance of La Roche. Along the domain flows a small river which feeds the private pond. This offers you the possibility to fish for trout. In the barbecue house you can prepare them, even in the winter months!

Lots of walking routes from the chalet. Via the forest you reach, after an half an hour walk, Achouffe, where you can visit the brewery, taste the artisan beer and take something to eat, before you go back.
You can go for a swimm and go kayaking on the Lake of Nisramont. In the autumn you can observe the ruttiest deer's.

Interior:
Living room with open fireplace, television and DVD, dining table and a practical open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed on the mezzanine (80 x 200), a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a cot/play corner/television/video. Two bathrooms with each a shower, wash-basin and a toilet.

Surroundings:
Quiet environment with a large fenced garden, private parking space and a secured entrance to the pond and the small river. Wooden terrace near the lake where you can go fishing or relax. The covered barbecue area can be used in every season. There is also a tree hut for the children in the large garden (reachable via a steep staircase). Lovely terrace in natural stone of 50 m2 with a rustic garden bench.

Special activities:
Fishing: The possibility to go trout fishing in the typical Ardennes surroundings. You can rent fishing material at the owners. (This has to be booked in advance and the costs will be paid on the spot).
Balloon sailing:
The owner is a balloon sailor and can organise balloon flights from the house, if the weather allows it. (This has to be booked in advance and the costs will be paid on the spot).
