Description
Large detached house from 1913, fully renovated and situated at the end of the village Waimes, near the Lake of Robertville and the nature reserve the High Meres. The house is modern, well cared for and nicely furnished with a pleasant wellness area. In the double living room are an open fireplace and a television with DVD. On the street side are a small garden and a terrace of 25 m2. At the back of the house are a larger terrace of 40 m2 and a large fenced garden of 1.000 m2.

The house is situated at 500 m. distance of the centre of Waimes (shops, bank, restaurants), between Malmédy and the Lakes of Robertville (6 km.) and Bütgenbach (8 km.). In the region are lots of walk, bike and ski routes.

Entrance hall with hat stand, large living room divided into two parts: the first part is with an open fireplace and television/DVD and stereo. The second part is a continuation of the first part with dining area with large doors to the back terrace, a second dining area which is partly separated by some arched vaults, a dining table for 16 persons, separate fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet.
First floor:
Three bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed (2 persons). Each bedroom has a private bathroom (shower, toilet, wash-basin).
Second floor:
Two bedrooms with each three single beds, wellness area with two parts:
- sauna, whirlpool, two relax chairs
- shower Turkish bath, wash-basin, toilet.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
