This pleasant, authentic and comfortable house accommodates 8-10 people. It is located close to Verviers in the province of Luik. In the immediate surrounding, one will find the town of Spa, the dam of Gileppe, the ski slopes and the Haute Fagnes.

This comfortable and spacious accommodation is part of an old 18e century farmhouse and is situated next to the house of the owner.
Interior:
It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a bunk bed and a single bed. In the living -room which includes a fire place is a sofa bed.
The terrace with barbecue gives access to the garden with a hen house.
The area has a lot to offer, for example: the town of Verviers, the former world wool centre with its museum at 2 km., to reach the airport of Thieux for small round trips by plane takes 5 minutes by car, the dam of Gileppe and the town of Spa with its thermal baths are within 15 minutes, the Haute Fagnes, the zoo and the ski slopes are within 20 min. drive.
Important Information:
Our holiday houses are especially fitted up on receiving families. In the past there were unfortunately damages caused by groups with another composition then a family. That's why groups can only be allowed after consent of the owner.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
