Spacious mezzanine and large windows with a view on the south and the garden. A large wooden terrace of 35 m2 along the façade, on several meters distance from the house of the owner. The road from Theux to Spa is screened by a harmonic iron fence. On the private parking there is room for 2-3 cars.
This nice house lies at 1 km. distance of Theux (with shops, banks, station and bus) and on 8 km. distance of Spa (thermal baths, casino, 18 holes golf course, restaurants, Lake of Warfaaz, circuit of Francorchamps etc.).

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
