The large garden of 3000 m2 is a true paradise for children, there is also a covered area with barbecue in the middle of the garden, where you can eat out of the sun.
The region offers hundreds of kilometres of walking and biking routes, even as lots of outside activities and lots of things worth seeing, such as a amusement park and the waterfalls of Coo at 7 km. distance.

Entrance hall, large living room/dining room with a wonderful open fireplace, television/DVD/Video, American kitchen fitted with all conveniences. One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), one children's bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a toilet. Access to the terrace, swimming pool and garden.
First floor:
One bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) on the mezzanine, one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a double bed (160 x 200) on the mezzanine, table soccer game in the corridor.
Basement:
Garage and washing area with washing machine and dryer.
Special remark swimming pool:
The swimming pool has a depth of 1,20 m. and is situated on a not fenced terrace of 200 m2 facing south. We advice parents to pay extra attention to their (small) children and never leave them alone by the swimming pool. The swimming pool is been heated by solar panels.
Surroundings:
The house is situated on the edge of the village Stoumont, near by the route to the waterfalls of Coo. The garden, the terrace and the swimming pool offer a wonderful view over the valley. Trampoline, a slide, a swing, a play house, this is truly a paradise for children.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
