Description

From Vaughn 2006 this beautiful house with inside swimming pool and extensive wellness area is opened. The house is situated on a large terrain of 15.000 m2 between Spa and Signal de Botrange and has a beautiful view on the west. In winter there are many ski cross country possibilities from the house and ski runs in the near surroundings. Lots of walk- (walk along the river Hoegne) and mountain bike routes. Many natural places of interest in the near surroundings, on less then 20 km. distance, such as the lake of Robertville, the city Spa, the nature reserve the High Meres with Signal de Botrange at a height of 694 m., the cultural centre and the abbey of Stavelot.

Interior:
Ground floor:
Entrance hall, large living room, dining area with television (large plasma screen), DVD home cinema set, open fireplace for inside barbecue and panoramic view on the inside swimming pool and garden playground, fully equipped kitchen, lobby with American billiard, LCD TV, bar/fridge and direct access to the outside terrace, Internet access, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, wash-basin, toilet and hair dryer (accessible for disabled people). Three separate toilets, of which one for the disabled.
Wellness area with Turkish bath, sauna, infra red area and shower. The swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,2 m. (depth 1 - 1,8 m.) and is heated till 27 degrees. The beach zone has the disposal of 5 lounge chairs and a Jacuzzi for 6 persons. The hygene of the air and the water is guaranteed.

First floor:
Five bedrooms with each a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and one bedroom with three single beds. There is also an area with washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms have the disposal of a bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet and hairdryer.

Surroundings:
Quietly situated with a large garden of 2500 m2. Terrace (65 m2) made of exotic wood facing south with garden furniture. Large lawn with play appliances (watchtower, slide, swing, sandpit) and a barbecue.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
