The house is quietly situated at a height of 460 m. on a beautiful private domain 10 km. from Saint-Hubert, between Bouillon and Roche-en-Ardenne.
The garden, which is near the forest, offers a panoramic view over the hilly surrounding.
In the region are many walk and mountain bike routes. Around Saint-Hubert are also many cultural and outside activities.
On request in advance, possibility of fishing trouts in the owner's pond at 200 m distance.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
