This welcoming and bright wooden chalet for 28 persons is located on a property of 3000 m2 in the heart of the Hautes Fagnes at an altitude of 600 m. There are many activities at arms length such as ski slopes at only 300 m., the highest place of Belgium (694 m, Signal de Botrange), the preserved natural park of The Hautes Fagnes where you can enjoy endless walks (5 minutes by car) or visit the Robertville lake (also 5 minutes) or the town of Malmedy (15 minutes). The famous circuit of Francorchamps (16 km), the abbay of Stavelot and its sports cars museum (18 km) and the romantic castle of Reinhardstein (1 km) are also close by.

The chalet of 400 m2 has two identical segments wich explains why everything is found in twofold. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed, 2 saunas and 2 bathrooms with showers.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with a bath and shower, 2 open kitchens fully equiped, 2 small sitting areas and 2 long tables for 28 persons. 2 toddler beds and 2 folded baby beds are available.

The huge plate glass window of the chalet offers a great view on the amazing sunsets of the Fagnes. The 2 big terraces of the first floor give access to the garden where you can use the barbecue and make a camp-fire, climb the wild bridges, play table tennis or use the petanque piste. You can also play basketball, volleyball and badminton. If there is snow, 10 pairs of skies for cross-country skiing, free of charge, are at your disposal.


Important Information
Our holiday houses are especially fitted up on receiving families. In the past there were unfortunately damages caused by groups with another composition then a family. That's why groups can only be allowed after consent of the owner.
When your group isn't (for the biggest part) a family and/or family members, we kindly ask you to report this by the reservation or to inform us via info@villaxl.com.
