This typical house in the Ardennes, is located in a small town, 1,5 km. from Nadrin, between La Roche and Houffalize. The holiday home, accommodating 16 persons, is connected with the house of the owner, who lives at the rear. The separate entrance and parking space guarantee your total privacy. The garden offers a beautiful wide view of the surrounding country side.

The river Ourthe and a large lake are at 2 km. from the house, from here you have a fantastic view of the dam of Nisramont. The impressive landscape of Hérou is at 3 km. from the house, offering many possibilities for walking and hiking.

Interior:
Ground floor:
Living room with a fireplace, TV cable, DVD, radio and CD set, spacious dining room, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub, shower, wash stand, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Fully fitted kitchen.

First floor:
Mezzanine with small sitting area for 6 persons, play room for children with couch, two small chairs, two fauteuils and a table. Four bedrooms arranged as such: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, shower, wash stand and toilet, one bedroom with three single beds, shower, washstand and toilet, one bedroom with 6 single beds, one bathroom with two showers and two washstands, a separate toilet.

Outside:
Large parking space of shingle, carport, barbecue and lawn with garden furniture.
