Completely renovated farmhouse from the 18th century, situated on a private property near the monastery of Maredsous and at 15 km. distance of Dinant. The house lies on the top of a hill, has the disposal of a garden of 2700 m2 with panoramic view on the valley of Molignée and at 100 m. distance of the castle of the owner.

The region is ideal to take a walk and to go mountain biking. There are lots of tourist and historical places you can visit in the region "La vallée de la Molignée", such as Falaën en Sosoye, two beautiful cities in Walloon.

Ground floor:
Entrance hall, pleasing drawing room with satellite television, open fireplace, large living room with open fireplace, woodstove, billiard, piano, American style kitchen fitted with all conveniences, dining area, two toilets.
First floor:
Ten bedrooms with in each bedroom a bathroom with bathtub or shower and toilet. Four bedrooms with two single beds, four bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and a pull out bed, one bedroom with six single beds.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
