The owners of this square luxurious farmhouse for 32 invite you into their private holiday home. Peaceful, spacious, charming and comfortable are the key words of this 864m² holiday home ideal for large family gatherings.
There are 3 pleasant and cosy drawing rooms in addition to 12 lovely bedrooms each with a private bathroom with bathtub or shower and toilet.
The large 1300 m² garden offers a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
The town of Maredsous lies at a higher level in the Molignée valley in the Meuse and Dinant region. The ruins of the Castle of Montaigle are 0,8 km away and the Abbey of Maredsous is 4km. The accommodation is suitable for handicapped people.

The single beds (200x80) can be arranged as double beds. All duvets are for one person (200x140) and the pillows are anti-allergic.
The large 1.300 m² private garden has 2 large terraces (200 m² in total) facing south. A pergola covers 70 m² which creates the possibility of enjoying your meals outside.
The owner built a covered terrace on the inner courtyard inviting you for a drink, a chat or a game of table tennis.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
