Description

Authentic and rustic cottage, ideal for walks and relaxation, situated between the waterfalls of Coo and La Roche en Ardenne, about a seven minute drive from the exit of the highway.
The house is situated on a height of 520 m. on a hill and offers a breathtaking view. Large garden with a terrace facing south and a covered barbecue area. The ski runs of Lierneux and Baraque de Fraiture are nearby.

Ground floor:
Entrance hall with hat-stand, living room with wood stove and television/DVD, large living room with open fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom for two persons with bathroom (bathtub and shower). Two separate toilets.

First floor:
Two bedrooms for two persons. One bedroom for two persons (two single beds) with wash-basin. One bedroom for one person. Separate toilet. Bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower, separate shower.

Large living room with open fireplace and table tennis, billiard and a beautiful covered terrace facing south.

Surroundings:
The cottage is situates on a plot of 1 acre and on a height of 520 m. The surroundings are very quiet. Large terraces around the cottage and a covered barbecue area.

Special remarks:
There is a fenced (small) stream of 1 meter deep in the lower part of the garden.

Our holiday houses are especially fitted up on receiving families. In the past there were unfortunately damages caused by groups with another composition then a family. That's why groups can only be allowed after consent of the owner.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
