This very nice house can accommodate four adults and two children (of max. 12 y.), situated in a very calm surrounding near Roche-en-Ardenne and Bastogne.

The house is very original furnished, especially the bedrooms and the bedroom for the children. You enter this bedroom via the front side of a hut.
The garden bounds to a small stream, which completes the picture.
The region is beautiful with lots of hills and forests. There are lots of walking possibilities from the house and many more activities within a reach of 30 km. You can go fishing in the lake which is at 1 km. from the house.

Ground floor:
Entrance via the living room with television, DVD, HI FI, large fully equipped kitchen with barbecue, dining table and one high chair.
Storage room with outside access. Here is the possibility to store bikes. Separate toilet.
First floor:
Bedroom 1: One double bed.
Bedroom 2: One double bed (with access to the children's bedroom).
Bedroom for two children (of max. 12 y.): two beds (160 x 70).
Bathroom (shower, two wash-basins, toilet).
Surroundings:
There flows a small stream (depth, a few centimetre) in the lower part of the garden. The garden of 250 m2 contains two terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, parasols. Quiet and hilly surrounding.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
