This pleasant house of 120 m2 is situated in a little village in the heart of an hilly environment and at a distance of 10 km. from Roche-en-Ardenne. The house, connected to the owners house, has a large fenced private garden of 1000 m2, ideal for children. The terrace has a southern aspect and gives a beautiful view.The owner, a great lover of walking in the Ardennes, can give you information about different walking- and biking routes which start at the beginning of the village.In the summer you can see every night at 22.00 hours a ghost who "walks" around the la Roche castle. The region of la Roche offers more then 200 km. walking- and bikingroutes and 20 km. of kayak-expeditions on the river. The Ourthe flows on 3 km. distance from the house.

Ground floor:
American kitchen with dining area, salon with open fireplace and play area for the children, a wash-place with washing-machine, seperate toilet. The kitchen/dining area gives access to the terrace which has a soutern aspect.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: two single beds
Bedroom 2: one double bed (140 x 200), wash-basin
Bedroom 3: one bunk bed, one double bed, wash-basin.
One bathroom, two wash-basins, chest of drawers
one separate toilet.

Surroundings:
The house is rusticity situated in a small village in the region of la Roche-en-Ardenne, d'Houffalize, St. Hubert and Bastogne. The big, fenced garden of 1000m2 is ideal for children. The private garage of the owner is at disposal of the clients. You can place your bikes or ski's in it.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
