Description
Located in a small village in the area of Marche-en-Famenne, this cosy house for 6 to 7 persons is semi-detached with the owner house. The property has the unique Pinot Noir vine-yard of the Famenne region.The area offers many outdoor activities, such as the caves of Han-sur-Lesse and its magnificent wild life park (at 10 minutes).
The charming streets in the shopping area of Marche-in-Famenne (at 10 minutes).
The leisure park of Chevetogne with its large play ground and its open air swimming pool in the summer (10 minutes).
The area of Nassogne with it's 180 kilometers of marked walking paths, biking trails, tennis courts and fishing ponds in Nassogne (at 20 minutes).
The smallest town of the world of Durbuy along the Ourthe river (30 minutes).
The famous city of La Roche-en-Ardenne in the valley of the Ourthe river with its feudal castle of the 9th century, its wild life park, its 20 kilometers of. Kayak course (at 30 minutes).
The basilica and gliding plane airfield of St. Hubert (at 30 minutes).
The Furnace St. Michel with its museum of iron and rural life in Walloon at the 19th century (at 30 minutes).

There is double bedroom with a baby bed, a double bed bedroom (130 X 200), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a second bathroom with shower cabine.
Second floor:
There are three single beds and a TV/video.

Our holiday houses are especially fitted up on receiving families. In the past there were unfortunately damages caused by groups with another composition then a family. That's why groups can only be allowed after consent of the owner.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
