Description
This wonderful house is situated on a beautiful location between Namur and Huy. Ideal for one or two couples or a family, the house offers you rest. From the terrace, which is facing south, you have a wonderful view on the castle and the moats. You have access to a private road which is going to a tennis court and the park with fallow-deers of the owner.

Lots of walking and biking routes in the region. Also lots of cultural and tourist activities in the surroundings such as the castle of Modave, the fortress of Huy, Namur and Dinant along the River Meuse.

Surroundings:
Quiet and very beautiful environment. Large terrace of 80 m2 with garden furniture and barbecue. On request you have the possibility to use the private tennis court. Free access to the park with fallow-deers of the owner.
Special remark:
The house is on a short distance from the moats of the castle which is not fenced. Please look out with little children if they are in the garden.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
