This charming house with country house pool is situated in a nice small town on 3 km. distance of the lake of Gileppe and on 15 km. distance of the nature reserve High Meres.

In the fenced off garden of 1500 m2 is a swimming-pool heated from 1 May until 31 October. On the terrace around the swimming-pool are garden furniture and a barbecue.

Surroundings:
The house is situated in a nice, calm small town. In the garden there is a swimming-pool with a great wooden terrace witch can be closed for the security of the children. The surroundings are accidented and afforested, ideal to take a walk or a bike trip. The nature reserve the High Meres offers lot of hiking- and skiing-routes.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
