Description
Beautiful semi-detached holiday house for 28 persons. The owner would be pleased to share any information about various local sights such as the l'Eau d'Heure lakes resorts only a 20 minute drive, or the Virelles ponds, one of the most beautiful protected nature reserves in Belgium, only a 15 minute drive. In the open season you might enjoy taking the steam train of the 3 Valleys, visiting the Neptune caves, or tasting the fine beer and cheese of Chimay.

Interior:
The accommodation is part of a building shared with another holiday house.
Ground floor:
The ground floor has a private entry, a sitting room with a fire place and a TV, a super equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for 20 persons and a table for 8 persons, a toilet, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
First floor:
Seven bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200), two shared bathrooms and 2 toilets. Two bedrooms have a bathroom with a toilet.
Second floor:
Six bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200). One of the bedrooms has 2 double beds and 4 bedrooms have a bathroom with a toilet.
The accommodation has a private terrace and a private car park. There is no fence around the pond in the garden, so guests are asked to please pay extra attention to their children.
Important Information
Our holiday houses are especially fitted up on receiving families. In the past there were unfortunately damages caused by groups with another composition then a family. That's why groups can only be allowed after consent of the owner.
When your group isn't (for the biggest part) a family and/or family members, we kindly ask you to report this by the reservation or to inform us via info@villaxl.com.

As regards Belgian chocolate, its reputation is second to none throughout the world.
Finally, no list of Belgian gastronomy would be complete if we did not mention the hundreds of Belgian beers to be enjoyed, as well as the huge choice of cheeses to be found in Belgium.
Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
