Description
This house has a bit gloomy appearance but offers a cosy atmosphere to families or friends. Situated in the region of the High Meres, on 3 km. distance of the Lake of Bütgenbach and on 6 km. from the Lake of Robertville. Lots of walk- and bike routes, also directly from the house. Connected house situated in a very quiet housing estate. Beautiful hilly landscape all around.

Interior:
Ground floor (street level):
Entrance hall with hat stand, utility room (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer), bathroom, toilet, living room (television/DVD/open fireplace), fully equipped open kitchen, dining area. Access to the terrace and the back garden.
First floor:
One bedroom with four single beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a baby bed, a bathroom (bathtub, wash basin, chest of drawers).
Basement (garden level):
Large sauna with two showers, playroom with home cinema, table football. Access to the large terrace.

Large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Possibility to park cars on the private inner court. (fenced from the 1st of May).

The ski runs of Zosterbach are at 3 km. distance and of Ovifat at 9 km.
The region offers also over more then 60 km. of ski cross country runs in the area of the High Meres.

Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
