This comfortable holiday accommodation for 12-18 guests is situated on a hill near Bastogne and is part of an old water mill from the 17th century.

The house is quietly situated at the end of a dead end street. The stream which flows alongside the house finds its origin in the waterfall on the property.
In addition there is a large garden and a private woods.

The house is partly connected with another accommodation, which is occupied by a quiet person. You have enough privacy and there is no sight of this part of the house.

Interior:
Ground floor:
Entrance hall with wardrobe, three bedrooms each with a double bed, washbasin, and shower. Separate toilet. Sauna with shower. The dining area opens up to the south facing terrace.

First floor:
Spacious dining area with a billiard table and fireplace. Large rural style very well equipped kitchen. Three Bedrooms each with a double bed, a shower and a washstand. All three bedrooms have a mezzanine with two single beds. The mezzanine is reached with a small steep ladder. Separate toilet. The spacious living room is situated on the loft and has a TV and stereo set.

Immediate surroundings:
In front of the house is a large parking place and a fenced off playground for children with a swing and a seesaw. There is also a large garden with a small stream. There are three wooden picnic tables with sunshades. From the terrace you can walk up to the hill which leads to the woods. There is also a lawn bowling track. On the terrace is a small water basin, depth 80 cm. Small children will need to be supervised.

Our holiday houses are especially fitted up on receiving families. In the past there were unfortunately damages caused by groups with another composition then a family. That's why groups can only be allowed after consent of the owner.
