Description
Very spacious modernized chalet situated at an altitude of 1100 metres in the direct vicinity of a skiing area on the southern slope of the Koraple. The ski slopes are located within a seven-minute drive and there are two "gemütliche Gasthöfe" nearby. A ski bus can take you to the slopes during the Christmas holiday season. The slopes are located at an altitude of 1650 m. - 2200 m.

Lay-out
This luxurious chalet has a large entrance hall on the ground floor, a spacious and cosy living area decorated in the Austrian traditional style with a loft, a kitchen (with an oven, a Senseo coffee maker, and an electric cooker), a bathroom (toilet, bath, shower and washbasin) and a large bedroom. The second storey is a loft comprising one large sleeping area with a double bed, two single beds, a sitting area and a balcony with southern exposure.
The large terrace affords a panoramic view of the southern Lavanttal and the historic town of Sankt Andrä with its two characteristic double-spire cathedrals. You will see the snow-covered peaks (3000 m) of the Karawank Mountains and the Steiner Alps looming on the horizon. The chalet also has a snow-free carport.
Rental only to one or two couples without children.

Eating and Drinking
The restaurants and inns serve tasty and carefully prepared cuisine. In the larger restaurants, lunch is served between 12 noon and 2 pm, sometimes earlier, in the little country inns. Dinner is served from 6 pm. Generally service (10-15%) is included in the bill. Nevertheless, a little extra tip is always welcomed.
Travelling by Car
The road network is very dense and consists of motorways, fast lanes, and departmental and communal roads. The motorways and fast lanes are toll roads.
The road tax disc can be purchased from the border and petrol stations. Some tunnels and passes also have a toll.
