Villa Ena is a beautiful old stone villa with a swimming pool situated on the outskirts of the town Ližnjan, near the sea. Built with local stone, the villa is stylishly furnished and has a spacious downstairs living area with French doors onto the terrace by the pool. Upstairs both bedrooms have French doors onto their own private terraces, one looks out over the countryside to the sea and the other looks down onto the garden and a small forest at the back of the property.

Accommodation
On the ground floor is a large sitting room with attractive stone fireplace and French doors onto the terrace, open kitchen with dining area, utility room, double bedroom with French doors onto the terrace by the pool and large bathroom.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with small en-suite shower room and French doors onto a large partly covered terrace with countryside and sea views, double bedroom with small en-suite shower room and French doors onto an open terrace overlooking the garden.

Exterior
The villa is surrounded by a stone wall. Inside the walls you find a beautiful private swimming pool, 4m.x10m., with lawned garden, dining terrace, barbecue house and
private parking.
