Belgium, which is located at the heart of Europe, between Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, England and France, is a Mecca for holiday-makers. Driving
Belgium has a vast network of motorways and secondary roads. Most motorways are lit at night. In built-up areas and villages, the speed limit is 30 to 70 km an hour, while the limit is 70 to 90 km an hour on secondary roads and 120 km an hour on motorways.
In addition, it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving. Finally, seat belts must be worn in the front and rear of the vehicle.
