If the tenant wishes to cancel the agreement, then he or she must do so in writing (by fax or e-mail). If the agreement is cancelled, each person who was going to be staying in the holiday home is obliged to pay any outstanding booking fees plus a cancellation fee.

For cancellation up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the rental fee.

For cancellation between 42 days (inclusive) and 28 days before the arrival date: 60% of the rental fee.

For cancellation between 28 days (inclusive) before the date of arrival and the day of arrival: 90% of the rental fee.

For cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full rental fee.

The cancellation fees stated here will not exceed the total rental costs. We strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.
