Interior
The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished and original oil paintings adorning the walls. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and there are two bedrooms. The beds are provided with tasteful bed linen. Under floor heating throughout the cottage . There is a cosy wood burning stove in the lounge for those special moments.
Environment
Ideal for nature lovers and a haven for outdoor activities nearby like pony trekking, windsurfing and kayaking etc...There is a small sandy beach at Cuss just 10 minutes walk and there is also great salmon, trout and sea fishing in the area.
Only 6 km. from Kenmare town, a bustling historical town with plenty shops, first class restaurants, galleries, pubs ...Touring the famous Ring of Kerry and Ring of Beara both giving access to magnificent sea and mountain views and its abounds with archaeological en historical sites, incl. the lush sub tropical vegetation of Derreen Garden and the famous Healy Pass with breathtaking views.
At Kenmare Pier is it possible to enjoy the Seafari Eco Nature&Seal Watching cruise on the Kenmare River.
Killarney National Park with 10.000 ha of woodland, magical mountains with spectacular views is only 40 minutes away.
